With a passion for education, Karel wished to have part of her estate dedicated to scholarships for adult learners pursuing a workforce or continuing education degree, certification, or endorsement. It is open to students returning to college after an extended break as well as those attending college for the first time. Students must reside in Grant County. Part-time students are eligible.
